Assembly of Governments Meetinqs-Discussion of Future Meetinqs/Schedulinq <br /> 6 Chair Foushee said that there have been some unofficial discussions on this issue. It <br /> 7 was raised at the Chair/Mayor's meeting that they should look at how to conduct these <br /> 8 meetings. <br /> 9 Commissioner Gordon said that she would like to explore individual meetings with <br /> 10 Chapel Hill and Carrboro, in addition to the ones that are held with Mebane and Hillsborough. <br /> 11 Commissioner Jacobs said that he is in favor of ineeting once with each jurisdiction <br /> 12 independently and once annually with all of them. Since the JPA public hearings almost never <br /> 13 take place, they could consider calling it something else. <br /> 14 Commissioner Pelissier said that she would like to keep the Assembly of Governments <br /> 15 on schedule and then cancel it as needed. <br /> 16 Chair Foushee said that she would like to have either the JPA or the AOG and not <br /> 17 both.
