Carrboro Elementary Renovations <br />Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />o aE'A -~z~ off- ~ ~~ <br />~- a3• ada:~ <br />~b <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds to renovate Carrboro Elementary School. <br />Examples of renovations to be completed at this school include fire/safety/security <br />improvements, lighting improvements and mechanical system upgrades, intercom <br />and bell/clock system improvements. Proceeds from alternative financing and pay- <br />as=you-go funds provide funds for this project. <br />Section 2.The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />budget contained herein. <br />Section 3.The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2004-05 <br />FY 2005-06 Through FY <br />2005-06 <br />Sales Tax $225,000 $35,000 $260,000 <br />Impact Fees $0 $0 $0 <br />PSBF $0 $0 $0 <br />Alternative Financing $50,000 $0 .$50,000 <br />Total Pro'ect Fundin $275,000 $35,000 $310,000 <br />Section 4.The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2004-05 <br />FY 2005-06 Through FY <br />2005-06 <br />Plannin /Arch/En in $0 $0 $0 <br />LandlAssoc Fees $0 $0 $0 <br />Construction $0 $0 ~ $0 <br />Im rovements $225,000 $35,000 $260,000 <br />ire a e y ecun y <br />S stem <br />$50,000 <br />$0 <br />$50,000 <br />Contin enc $0 $0 $0 <br />Total $275,000 ~ $35,000 $310,000 <br />Section 5.
