EMS/911 Center <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />C~a4 ~ - X44 ~ --o ~ ~ <br />(v-~ 3 -aoo...5 <br />9b <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. - <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to install new HVAC equipment at the <br />County's Emergency Management and 911 Center facility. Proceeds from the <br />County's portion of the one-half cent sales taxes finance this project. <br />Section 2.
