C~aQ,O -02 a ~~- 0 5~~ <br />~ ~3~aa~5 <br />Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling Station ~ ,/ <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by~the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to <br />Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following <br />capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds for the construction of a <br />compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station and card .reader system at <br />the. County's planned site at Public Works. Proceeds from Clean Cities <br />Coalition Grant funds and County funds finance the project. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect from the original date of adoption, June 7, <br />2005 until June 30, 2006. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of June 2005. <br />
