These included watershed <br /> classification, widening of Interstate 85, proposed Economic Development <br /> District at Buckhorn Road and recommendations from the Rural Character Study. <br /> 2. ORANGE COUNTY BUDGET <br /> Budget Director Sally Kost explained the major revenue and <br /> expense components of the County's budget. She explained how the bond issue <br /> will impact the tax rate and how increases in revenues from the sales tax <br /> intergovernmental and fees will help to offset some of the increases in t1. <br /> operating funds for the two school systems. <br />
