Since this subdivision had ten lots, <br /> Commissioner Gordon asked that a fiscal impact analysis be done later and <br /> given to the Board. REPORTS <br /> A. REPORTS TO THE COMMUNITY <br /> 19 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ELEMENT FOR CHEEKS TOWNSHIP <br /> Planner David Stancil explained some of the issues that will <br /> impact growth during the next four years. These included watershed <br /> classification, widening of Interstate 85, proposed Economic Development <br /> District at Buckhorn Road and recommendations from the Rural Character Study. <br /> 2. ORANGE COUNTY BUDGET <br /> Budget Director Sally Kost explained the major revenue and <br /> expense components of the County's budget. She explained how the bond issue <br /> will impact the tax rate and how increases in revenues from the sales tax <br /> intergovernmental and fees will help to offset some of the increases in t1. <br /> operating funds for the two school systems. <br />
