COMMUNITY HEALTH ADVOCACY PROGRAM CHAP CONTRACT WITH UNC-CH AND <br /> SUBCONTRACT WITH JOCCA AND OCCHS <br /> The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign contracts <br /> between UNC-CH and the Orange County Health Department and a subcontract <br /> between the Orange county Health Department, JOCCA and OCCHS. <br /> C. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH FEE FOR TATTOO PERMITS <br /> The Board approved a permit fee of $200. 00 for the Tattoo Operator <br /> permit and a fee of $100. 00 for the Tattoo artist permit. <br /> D. APPLICATION FOR INCLUSION IN EXISTING VOLUNTARY AGRICULTURAL <br /> DISTRICT-WALTERS AND DUNN PROPERTIES <br /> The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the necessary <br /> documents authorizing the properties of Victor Carl Walters, Jr and Elizabeth <br /> T. Walters and Robert Marshall Dunn and Rose Walters Dunn be included in the <br /> existing voluntary agricultural district of Victor Carl Walters, Jr. a-- <br /> Lucille Walters, and Victor Carl Walters, Jr. and Elizabeth T.
