o(-~,~0--a~o~~ ~s3~ <br />4 - 07 3 " ~ oa-.S ATTACtIMENT 8 <br />Health Department Med c~ a d Maximization I ~ <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to <br />Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following <br />capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds for the Health Department to purchase <br />capital items and make minor renovations, to clinic space. Medicaid <br />.maximization funds received by the Health Department finance this project. <br />Section 2. This ordinance supersedes all previous Health Department Medicaid <br />Maximization Capital Project Ordinances for Orange County. <br />Section 6. This ordinance, originally adopted February 16, 1999, shall be in effect until <br />June 30, 2006. <br />Adopted this 23~d day of June 2005. <br />
