Carolina Recording Systems from Charlotte, North <br />Carolina submitted the best overall proposal at a delivered and installed cost of $25,995.00. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The purchase price of the system is $25,995.00. Sufficient funds are <br />available in the 2004-2005 E911 and Wireless budgets to cover the acquisition cost of <br />$25,995.00. <br />2 <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board award the bid to Carolina <br />Recording Systems from Charlotte, North Carolina at a cost of $25,995.00, and authorize the <br />Purchasing Director to execute the necessary paperwork. <br />
