SECTION 32 <br />Amendment <br />This Contract may be modified or amended only by a written agreement duly executed by the <br />parties hereto or their representatives. All amendments will become part of this Contract after its or <br />their effective date. <br />SECTION 33 <br />Cooperation Among the Parties <br />Whenever consent, action or inaction is required, such consent, action or inaction will not be <br />unreasonably withheld by either party. <br />SECTION 34 <br />Severability <br />The invalidity of one or more of the phrases, sentences, clauses or Sections contained in this <br />Contract shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of the Contract so long as the material <br />purposes of this Contract can be determined and effectuated. <br />SECTION 35 <br />Successors and Assigns <br />This Contract shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors and assigns <br />20 <br />
