She asked various questions about the school <br /> budget contained in the analysis which were answered by Marvin Collins. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Chair Carey to <br /> approve the Preliminary Plan for Mincey Farm Subdivision with public roads <br /> built to State standards and the conditions contained in the Resolution of <br /> Approval attached to these minutes on pages The property is <br /> located in Cedar Grove and Little River Townships on the west side of NC <br /> Highway 57 between Mincey Road and Latta Road. Fifteen lots are proposed out <br /> of 17. 63 acres. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> IV. RESOLUTIONS PROCLAMATION <br /> A.
