Link, Jr. , Assistant <br /> County Managers Albert Kittrell and Rod Visser, Economic Development Director <br /> Ted Abernathy, Clerk to the Board Beverly A. Blythe, Planner Emily Cameron, <br /> havious Planning Director Marvin Collins, Tax Collector <br /> Finance Director Ken C g <br /> John T. Horner, Budget Director Sally - Kost, Tax Assessor Kermit Lloyd, <br /> Recreation and Parks Director MaryAnne Moore, Health Director Dan Reimer, and <br /> EMS Director Nick Waters. <br /> I. ADDITIONS OR CHANGES TO THE AGENDA <br /> Item III-J was added to the Consent Agenda for a NACo entry. <br /> The meeting date in item III--C was changed from March 15 to March 16th. <br /> II. AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> A. MATTERS ON THE PRINTED AGENDA <br /> Chair Carey stated that those citizens who want to speak to a <br /> specific item will be recognized at the appropriate time. <br /> B. MATTERS NOT ON THE PRINTED AGENDA - NONE <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> Chair Moses Carey, Jr. dispensed with the reading of the Public Charge. <br /> III. ITEMS FOR DECISION - CONSENT AGENDA <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Halkiotis to approve those items on the Consent Agenda as listed below except <br /> Item E which was considered immediately following the Consent Agenda. <br /> A. UNPAID REAL PROPERTY AND TAX LIEN ADVERTISEMENT <br /> The Board accepted the information on the unpaid taxes as stated <br /> below and set the tax lien advertisement date for May 12, 1993 : <br /> County $ 1,741,822 .92 <br /> Chapel Hill $ 406,914 .46 <br /> Carrboro $ 153 , 202 .98 <br /> Hillsborough $ 51, 3.12 . 17 <br /> � TOTAL $ 2,353 ,252 .53 <br /> B.
