151 <br />Station development. <br />TAMMY WALLACE wrote in opposition of the University Station plan. Sr_ <br />expressed concerns about schools, traffic and pollution. <br />JAMES WEBSTER wrote in opposition of the proposed development on N.C. #10 and <br />New Hope Road. <br />SHIRLEY WEBSTER wrote in opposition to the University Station project. She <br />expressed concerns about traffic, schools and the wildlife. <br />PHILIP L. WITT expressed concern about the water supply for the University <br />station development. He outlined an alternative development plan that would <br />minimize some of the complaints and fit in with the rural character of the <br />area while at the same time provide Orange County businesses the opportunity <br />to grow. <br />ELIZABETH L. WOODMAN wrote in support of developing "clusters". She is <br />opposed to the University station development, because it does not offer an <br />appropriate solution to "democratizing" the rural housing needs.
