These... <br />include recreational pressure, utilities, roads, water quality and parklan <br />designation. <br />JANE AND JONATHAN FARBER wrote in opposition to this gigantic, hasty project. <br />They feel that the University Station development will benefit only the <br />developers and that it will irrevocably spoil one of the last large and lovely <br />pieces of rural Orange County. <br />ALBERT HARDY wrote in support of the project. He expressed concerns about the <br />already over-crowded roads and asked that an open-space buffer remain.around <br />such a village.
