A written description of proposed changes in the appearance of <br />the exterior of the structure and /or of the site; <br />k. Four (4) copies of drawings showing building alterations and/or <br />additions to existing structures or showing new construction. As <br />used here, "drawings" will mean plans and exterior elevations <br />drawn to scale, with sufficient detail to show, as far as they relate <br />to exterior appearances, the architectural design of buildings; <br />proposed building materials; site layout, including walls, walks, <br />terraces, parking areas, plantings, accessory buildings, signs, <br />lights, and other physical elements. <br />1. In the case of an application for a COA for the demolition of an <br />existing structure, the applicant shall submit legible photographs <br />showing all sides of the structure under consideration and <br />photographs showing adjacent structures and the relation of the <br />structure to the site. <br />m. A list of the names and addresses of all property owners within a <br />500 -foot radius of any portion of the property under <br />consideration. <br />n. Any other supporting statements, drawings or material that the <br />applicant may believe will assist in communicating his or her <br />plans for the site and structure. <br />o. If a previous application for COA for the same property has been <br />denied, the applicant shall specify the substantial changes made to <br />the plans for the proposed modification or substantial changes in <br />conditions in the district. <br />If application is made for administrative approval of a COA pursuant to <br />Section 11.2., an applicant shall not be required to provide the <br />information listed in k. and m. above, with the exception of the list of <br />building materials. <br />7.7. Additional Exhibits. Any exhibit to be presented to the Commission at <br />the time it considers a case must be submitted to the DEAPR at least 24 <br />hours prior to presentation to the Commission. <br />11 <br />
