Noise control must address good neighborliness and the reasonable use of leaf blowers, lawn <br />mowers, and the like. One measure is whether the noise is utilitarian or recreational. <br />The public hearing is now closed. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: No financial impact at this time with human resources being used from <br />existing department staffs. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Administration recommends that the Board adopt the <br />amended noise control ordinance. <br />
