Orange County Needs Assessment for Integrated Land Records Project Page 19 <br />Section 7 - Assumptions <br />1) Phase I includes up to 15 meetings with internal customers. Examples of internal <br />customers include department directors, managers, supervisors, and hands -on <br />employees. <br />2) Phase I and II assumes the County has adequate resources to provide a project <br />manager. <br />3) Scope changes to this proposal are billed at $125 per hour plus expenses. A <br />scope change may be required for new tasks that are not part of this proposal or <br />significant overage in resource allocation.
