Orange County Needs Assessment for Integrated Land Records Project Page 18 <br />Phase III — RFP Specifications and Bid Evaluation (optional) <br />Our philosophy is simple: success based participation. We will assist the County in <br />every phase of the selection process necessary from evaluating proposals to <br />negotiating a contract. CCG will provide evaluation tools, facilitate meetings, provide <br />technical advice, coordinate all selection activities and provide a structured <br />framework conducive to gaining consensus among the selection committee for the <br />selection of a software vendor and /or implementation partner. We believe it <br />essential for the County to take ownership in its selected product, as your staff will <br />ultimately be responsible for the successful completion of the implementation project <br />and long -term system operation. Our role is to facilitate vendor selection. <br />CCG can work with the County to complete the following RFP and bid selection <br />activities: <br />1) Prepare Specifications For RFP <br />2) Pre -Bid Conference and Questions <br />• Plan pre -bid conference <br />• Attend pre -bid conference <br />• Assist with vendor questions from pre -bid conference <br />3) Evaluate Responses <br />• Develop evaluation forms for the selection committee <br />• Review and evaluate vendor bid responses <br />• Provide functional and technical advice regarding vendor proposals <br />• Facilitate the selection of vendors for demonstrations <br />CCG <br />Carolina Consulting Group <br />
