Orange County Needs Assessment for Integrated Land Records Project Page 10
Roles and Responsibilities
Management Team Committee
The CCG team and members of Orange County's management team will meet at the
end of each phase of work to review findings and recommendations. The project
managers will update the management team on the status of the project and receive
feedback from the committee.
Managing Consultant
Ken Roughen is CCG's managing consultant and has overall responsibility for the
development and presentation of deliverables to the management team committee at
the end of each phase of work. He will work closely with the County's project
manager to ensure the quality and success of the project.
Associate Consultant
Darrell Eichman will oversee the technical aspects of the project. He will also focus
on the specific needs of the County Recorder. Darrell will participate in the on -site
assessment and presentation of deliverables to the management team.
Consultants
Roland Eichman and Greg Taylor will address the requirements and technology in
the GIS and records management areas.
Why Select the CCG Team?
We understand that Orange County has a choice in making this important selection.
Our obligation, then, is to provide you with strong reasons for choosing our team.
Among the many reasons our team is the best overall choice for Orange County are
the following:
• Our team is outstanding and respected. We offer direct, "hands -on"
experience in North Carolina local government, strong functional knowledge
of recording and other document management systems, extensive
information technology skills and an understanding of the Orange County
organization. Our team has assisted clients in virtually all phases of land
records activities including recording and several document management
initiatives. We have taken projects from analysis and software selection,
through implementation, to creation of custom systems. With this experience,
we understand the various options for land records systems and can work
with you to identify the approach that best meets the County's needs and
operating environment.
• Our project plan is comprehensive, offering a phased approach including
three phases addressing all of the County's requirements and designed to
provide "end to end" support on the systems assessment and selection.
CCG
Carolina Consulting Group
