The Clerk's office has received a <br /> recommendation from the Orange County ABC Board for Mr. Lee Hyde to fill this vacancy. <br /> If appointed, Mr. Hyde will be serving a full 3-year term ending 6/30/2013. <br /> In Orange County, all members of the Orange County ABC Board are appointed by the Board of <br /> County Commissioners. The ABC Board operates the ABC system and has the authority to hire <br /> and dismiss employees. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making a new appointment to the Orange County ABC <br /> Board. <br />
