The Clerk's office has received a <br />recommendation from the Orange County ABC Board for Mr. Lee Hyde to fill this vacancy. <br />If appointed, Mr. Hyde will be serving a full 3-year term ending 6/30/2013. <br />In Orange County, all members of the Orange County ABC Board are appointed by the Board of <br />County Commissioners. The ABC Board operates the ABC system and has the authority to hire <br />and dismiss employees. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making a new appointment to the Orange County ABC <br />Board. <br />
