The CUP was <br /> granted and a Site Plan was approved showing the dedication of a small portion of land to the <br /> North Carolina Department of Transportation for right of way. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the right of way <br /> dedication and authorize the Manager to sign the plat dedicating land to the North Carolina <br /> Department of Transportation for right of way in compliance with the approved Site Plan. <br />
