Kindly <br /> remove Mr Olson from the committee membership listing. Today, I will be sending him a letter <br /> thanking him for his service. <br /> Peggy is currently reviewing applications and we hope to send you a recommendation for a new <br /> member to replace Mr Olson in the next month or so. <br /> Nursing Home CAC <br /> I am still working to obtain the attendance records for Patricia Koch for her reappointment. I will <br /> forward these to you as soon as I receive them. <br /> Also, Susan Taylor, Chair is aware that Dr Mary Ann Peter's term has expired and she is not eligible for <br /> reappointment. Per Susan, Dr Peter is still interested in serving on this committee.
