Part 23 Comntianee <br />Iles special Condition must be signed and returned witb your application <br />If your agency is receiving COPS grant funding for technology that will be used <br />to operate an interjurisdictional criminal intelligence system, you must agree to comply <br />with the operating principles found at 28 C F. R..
