Objective #2 <br />Analyze aggregate data for creating a baseline and determining future wellness <br />programming by March 2006. <br />Strategy 1: <br />Use aggregate report from Wellsource to determine priority health needs of OC <br />Employees and further develop targeted wellness programs by March 2006. <br /> <br />Implementation <br />Who- Healthy Carolinians Coordinator with, ERC Wellness and <br />Implementation committees, Personnel and BCBSNC <br />How- Review aggregate HRA results; share with committee members and <br />partners; determine additions or changes needed within existing program to <br />meet any new or emerging health issues <br />Evaluation/Outcomes <br />(a) Develop a report with analysis, baseline data and recommendations to <br />present to department heads <br />(b) Supplement existing wellness programs if needed with any initiatives <br />suggested by the data <br />Objective #3 <br />Provide feedback to employees who completed the HRA as to what HRA Personal <br />Report means and programs/services available to help by December 2005. <br />Strategy 1: <br />Lunch and Learn sessions to explain HRA results to employees (Goal #3 will <br />provide wellness program promotion) <br />Implementation <br />Who- Registered Dietician, BCBSNC representatives, Wellness Committee <br />members <br />How- Conduct information sessions at least 5 worksites, present sessions <br />during lunch or staff meetings to help clarify results in personal reports <br />from the HRA. Promote various wellness programs and other county <br />resources available (see Goal # 3) <br />Evaluation/Outcomes <br />a) Track number of sessions held and number of employees attending. <br />Complete informational sessions by December 2005 <br />7 <br />
