WHEREAS, on April 12, 2005 the County conducted a public hearing, following <br />publication of notice of that public hearing at least 10 days before the hearing was held, for the <br />purpose of receiving public comment on this proposed Agreement between the County and <br />Orange Enterprises; and <br />WHEREAS, at that public hearing information was provided by or on behalf of Orange <br />Enterprises as follows: <br />1. Orange Enterprises projects that it will be able to maintain support and revenue in <br />amounts in excess of expenses including the payment of the principal component of debt service; <br />2.
