Drawer 1529, Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT <br />/~ _ <br />This AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), dated as of ~ A ~~ a~ between <br />ORANGE ENTERPRISES, INC., anon-stock, not-for-profit corporation with an office in <br />Hillsborough, Orange County, North Carolina ("Orange Enterprises") and ORANGE COUNTY, <br />NORTH CAROLINA, a body politic and corporate, a political subdivision of the State of North <br />Carolina ("the County" or "County"). <br />RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, the County has the power, pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 158-7.1(a) to make <br />appropriations for aiding and encouraging the location of manufacturing enterprises and <br />increasing the business prospects of the County and to fund these appropriations by the levy of <br />property taxes and by the allocation of other revenues whose use is not otherwise restricted by <br />law; and <br />
