He thinks that the County would want to be able to zone those as EC5 if <br /> appropriate, and he does not think that this allows that. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said that there are two different medium intensities and <br /> three different high-intensity residential designations. He said that it seems like there <br /> should be some language that could differentiate between three kinds of high-intensity <br /> residential and two kinds of medium-intensity residential. <br />
