1.6 CONSULTANT <br />subcontractors, if <br />federal, State and <br />and policies that <br />services under this <br />agrees that <br />any, shall be <br />local antidis~ <br />relate to the <br />Agreement. <br />6 <br />CONSULTANT and its <br />required to comply with all <br />~rimination laws, regulations <br />performance of CONSULTANT'S <br />ARTICLE II - OPTIONAL SERVICES OF CONSULTANT <br />2.1 If authorized in a separate writing by the CLIENT, the <br />CONSULTANT shall furnish optional services (hereafter <br />"Optional Services") of the types listed in paragraph 2.1.1 <br />through 2.1.6, inclusive, as specified in the timetable, the <br />schedule of deliverables, and period of performance set forth <br />in said separate writing. The Optional Services are not <br />included as part of Basic Services, and shall be paid for by <br />CLIENT as indicated in Article VI. <br />2.1.1 Preparation of applications and supporting documents <br />for private or governmental grants, loans, or advances in <br />connection with the Project. <br />2.1.2 Service resulting from changes in the general scope, <br />extent or character of the Project, including but not <br />limited to revising previously accepted studies, reports, <br />design documents, drawings or specifications, when such <br />revisions are required by changes in laws, rules, <br />regulations, ordinances, or codes enacted subsequent to the <br />preparation of such report, or are due to any other causes <br />beyond CONSULTANT'S control. <br />2.1.3 Provide planning surveys, site elevations, and <br />comparative studies for prospective sites. <br />2.1.4 Furnishing additional copies of reports in excess of <br />those stipulated in Appendix I. <br />2.1.5 Preparing to serve or serving as a consultant or <br />witness for CLIENT in any litigation, arbitration or other <br />legal or administrative proceeding involving the Project. <br />2.1.6 Additional services in connection with the Project <br />that are not otherwise provided for in this Agreement. <br />
