Carpet to cost not less than $14/yd. <br />Kitchen: <br />1. Install a six panel, metal insulated door unit with aluminum <br />threshold, and weather-stripping and matching trim. Install <br />a lockset and deadbolt to be keyed the same as the front <br />door locks. Install a wide view peephole. <br />2. Install one double insulated, vinyl replacement windows and <br />trim. Windows fo have one openable sash, screens and <br />locks. <br />3. Prepare all surfaces for paint. Caulk all seams. Paint the <br />ceiling with ceiling white latex paint, the walls, trim and <br />f ~ doors with semigloss latex paint. Paint to cover <br />completely. <br />4. Install '/ inch lauan plywood on the floor. Prepare the <br />floor for vinyl. Caulk all seams at the baseboard. <br />5. Install vinyl floor covering and metal trim. <br />Vinyl to cost not less than $14/yd. <br />6. Install shoemold set in a bead of caulk. <br />7. Install factory made kitchen cabinets. Cabinets to have <br />hardwood fronts and a factory finish. Install six I.f. of base <br />cabinets and four 4x30 wall cabinets. <br />8. Install approx nine I.f. of square back, formica top on all base <br />cabinets. <br />Bath: <br />1. Install an ABS plastic tub enclosure with corner shelves. <br />2. Install one, 36-inch grab baron the door trim at the head <br />of the tub. <br />
