Remove the asbestos siding, window and door trim, fascia <br />soffitt and window sashes. This work must be done by a <br />State Certified Abatement Contractor. <br />3. Replace the windowsills with likesize lumber. <br />4. Replace window trim with likesize lumber. <br />5. Install 5/4 inch, composition board on the gable fascia and <br />3/4 inch pine on the front and rear fascia. <br />6. Prepare all remaining exterior surfaces for paint. <br />Caulk all seams. Paint the crawlspace access door, <br />front porch ceiling, awnings and exterior doors with <br />semigloss latex exterior paint. <br />7. Install vinyl siding and trim. Install aluminum coil stock <br />on the fascia, windows and door trim. Install vinyl soffitt <br />panels with a vented panel every four feet on the front and <br />rear sections of the house. <br />8. Remove all tree limbs from over the house. <br />9. Install aluminum, continuous gutter and downspouts. <br />Install plastic splash-blocks under each downspout. <br />Downspoutsto be not more or less than six inches <br />above the splashblocks. <br />10. Install two self-closing foundation vents and two <br />galvanized foundation wells on the front of the house, <br />three self-closing vents on the left~side of the house, <br />two self-closing vents on the rear of the house, and three <br />self-closing vents on the right side of the house. <br />11.
