Install vinyl floor covering, metal trim and shoemold. Vinyl <br />floor covering to cost not less than $14/yd. Set the shoe- <br />mold in a bead of caulk. <br />7. Adjust the strikeplate so that the door locks properly. <br />8.. Prepare the trim for paint. Set and putty all nails. <br />Caulk all seams. Paint the ceiling with ceiling white paint, <br />the trim with semigloss latex paint. Paint to cover <br />completely. Install two coats of polyurethane on the doors. <br />9. Provide a transfer seat. <br />
