Replace the front and front porch fascia. <br />3. Remove the rear soffitt. <br />4. Pressure wash the aluminum siding with a solution <br />formulated for aluminum siding. <br />5. Prepare the front porch and carport columns, latticework <br />crawl space access doors aluminum siding and awnings <br />for paint. Caulk all seams. Paint the crawlspace access <br />doors, the exterior doors, the front porch columns, lattice <br />work, gable vents and the shutters with semi gloss latex <br />exterior paint. Paint the aluminum siding with flat latex paint. <br />6. Install aluminum coil stock on the fascia and all exposed <br />wood trim. <br />7. Install vented vinyl soffitt on the front and rear soffitt. <br />8. Install aluminum, continuous gutter and downspouts. <br />Install plastic splash-blocks under each downspout. <br />Downspouts to be not more or less than six inches from the <br />top of the splashblock. <br />9. Replace two wrought, iron supports in the carport. <br />Roof: <br />1, Remove the roof covering to the sheathing. Install 15 Ib. <br />felt, aluminum drip edge, new plumbing boots and twenty <br />year warrantied shingles. Install the porch shingles with a <br />four inch reveal <br />2. Replace approx. 384 sq. ft. of sheathing. <br />3. Install 2x4 barge rafters and1x6 fascia on the front porch. <br />
