Install vinyl floor covering, metal trim and shoemold. <br />Vinyl to cost not less than $14/yd. <br />8. Paint the ceiling with ceiling white latex paint, the walls <br />flat latex paint and the trim with semigloss, latex paint. <br />9. Install a vinyl over wood storm door. Door to have a <br />pneumatic closure, a vinyl sweep and a limited life-time <br />warranty. <br />
