6 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING A CHAPEL HILL REPRESENTATIVE TO FILL <br />A SEAT ON THE ORANGE COUNTY ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD (2010- <br />09-27/R-9) <br />WHEREAS, THE Orange County Board of Commissioners has requested that the Town Council <br />make a recommendation with regard to the Chapel Hill seat on the Orange County Animal <br />Services Advisory Board; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council has voted to select a representative; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the <br />Council recommends that Aviva Scully be appointed by the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners to serve as the Chapel Hill representative on the Orange County Animal Services <br />Advisory Board. <br />This the 27~' day of September, 2010. <br />Amended 9/27/10 ath <br />
