Replacement of window glass and sash as long as window size, style, and <br /> 22 material are not altered. <br /> 23 e. Caulking and weather stripping. <br /> 24 f. Replacement of small amounts of missing or deteriorated siding, trim, roof <br /> 25 shingles, porch flooring, steps, gutters and down spouts, etc., as long as the <br /> 26 replacement materials matches the existing materials. <br /> 2� g. Repairs to walks, patios, fences and driveways as long as replacement <br /> 2s materials match the existing materials. <br /> 29 h. Landscape maintenance, including the removal of dead/damaged plants, <br /> 3o provided existing healthy trees and/or shrubs are not removed or severely <br /> 31 pruned. <br /> 32 i.
