Foundation repairs, including vents and access doors. <br /> 35 <br /> 3 6 f. Replacement of exterior stairs, landings, and steps. <br /> 37 <br /> ss g. Replacement of large amounts of missing or deteriorated siding, <br /> 3 9 trim, porch floors, windows, and gutters or architectural details <br /> 4 o when there is no change in materials and design of original. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 h.
