Real estate and political signs. <br /> 6 <br /> � g. Repairs to walks, patios, fences and driveways as long as <br /> s replacement materials match the existing materials. <br /> 9 <br /> i o h. Replacement of small amounts of missing or deteriorated siding, <br /> 11 trim, roof shingles, porch flooring, steps, gutters and down <br /> i2 spouts, etc., as long as the replacement materials matches the <br /> 13 existing materials. <br /> 14 <br /> 1 s 11.2. Minor Improvements. Minor improvements to structures require <br /> 16 Certificates of Appropriateness. The following activities are considered <br /> 17 by the Historic Preservation Commission to be minor modifications, as <br /> 1 a long as they do not have a significant impact on the exterior appearance <br /> 19 of the historic structures. Repairs to walls, patios, fences, and driveways as long as <br /> 32 replacement matches what presently exists. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 e. Foundation repairs, including vents and access doors. <br /> 35 <br /> 3 6 f. Replacement of exterior stairs, landings, and steps. <br /> 37 <br /> ss g. Replacement of large amounts of missing or deteriorated siding, <br /> 3 9 trim, porch floors, windows, and gutters or architectural details <br /> 4 o when there is no change in materials and design of original. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 h.
