A written description of proposed changes in the appearance of <br /> 1 o the exterior of the structure and/or of the site; <br /> 11 <br /> 12 k. Four (4) copies of drawings showing building alterations and/or <br /> 13 additions to existing structures or showing new construction. As <br /> z 4 used here, "drawings" will mean plans and exterior elevations <br /> 15 drawn to scale, with sufficient detail to show, as far as they relate <br /> 16 to exterior appearances, the architectural design of buildings; <br /> 1� proposed building materials; site layout, including walls, walks, <br /> 1 s terraces, parking areas, plantings, accessory buildings, signs, <br /> 19 lights, and other physical elements. <br />� 20 <br /> 21 1. In the case of an application for a COA for the demolition of an <br /> 22 existmg structare, the applicant shall submit legible photographs <br /> 2 3 showing all sides of the structure under consideration and <br /> I 2 4 photographs showing adjacent structures and the relation of the <br /> 2 s , structure to the site. <br /> 26 <br /> 2� m. A list of the names and addresses of all property owners within a <br /> 2 s 500-foot radius of any portion of the property under <br /> 2 9 consideration. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 n. Any other supporting statements, drawings or material that the <br /> 32 applicant may believe will assist in communicating his or her <br /> 33 plans for the site and structure. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 0. If a previous application for COA for the same property has been <br /> 3 6 denied, the applicant shall specify the substantial changes made to <br /> 3� � the plans for the proposed modification or substantial changes in <br /> 3 a conditions in the district. <br /> 39 <br /> 4 o If application is made for admuustrative approval of a COA pursuant to <br /> 41 Section 11.2., an applicant shall not be required to provide the <br /> 4 2 information listed in k. and m. above, with the exception of the Iist of <br /> 43 building materials. <br /> 11 <br />
