A list of the names and addresses of all property owners within a <br /> 2 s 500-foot radius of any portion of the property under <br /> 2 9 consideration. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 n. Any other supporting statements, drawings or material that the <br /> 32 applicant may believe will assist in communicating his or her <br /> 33 plans for the site and structure. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 0. If a previous application for COA for the same property has been <br /> 3 6 denied, the applicant shall specify the substantial changes made to <br /> 3� � the plans for the proposed modification or substantial changes in <br /> 3 a conditions in the district. <br /> 39 <br /> 4 o If application is made for admuustrative approval of a COA pursuant to <br /> 41 Section 11.2., an applicant shall not be required to provide the <br /> 4 2 information listed in k. and m. above, with the exception of the Iist of <br /> 43 building materials. <br /> 11 <br />
