i��, I <br /> County of Orange, Historic Preservation Commission Rules of Procedure, Adopted Apri122, 1992 <br /> 1 i. To amend. An amendment to a motion must be pertinent to the <br /> 2 subject matter of the motion, but it may achieve the opposition of <br /> 3 the motion's intent. The motion may be amended and an <br /> 4 amendment may be amended, but no further amendments may be <br /> 5 made. <br /> 6 <br />�� � j. To revive consideration. The motion is in order any time up to <br /> a 100 days after a vote to defer consideration. A substa.ntive <br /> 9 motion, consideration of which has been deferred, expires 100 <br /> 1 o days thereafter unless a motion to revive consideration is <br /> 11 adopted. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 k. To reconsider. The motion must be made by a member who <br /> 14 voted with the prevailing side. It must be made at the same <br /> 1 s meeting as the vote was taken. It cannot interrupt deliberation on <br /> 16 a pending matter but is in order at any time before actual <br /> 1� adjournment. <br /> is <br /> 19 1. To rescind or repeal. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 m.
