The Orange County Cultural Resources I <br /> 2 SpecialistDr°°°r��^+;^„ D�^,�^°r shall serve as Secretary to the <br /> 3 Commission. The Secretary, or his/her designee, subject to the direction <br /> 4 of the Chair and Commission, shall keep all records, shall conduct all <br /> s , conespondence of the Commission, and shall generally supervise the <br /> 6 clerical work of the Commission. The Secretary, or his/her designee, <br /> � shall keep the minutes of every meeting of the Commission. The <br /> s minutes shall show the record of all important facts pertaining to each <br /> 9 meeting, every resolution acted upon by the Commission and all votes of <br /> 1 o the Commission members upon any recommendation, resolution or upon <br /> 11 the final determination of any questions before the Commission, <br /> 12 indicating the names of inembers absent or failing to vote. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 2.5. Election of Off'icers. The Chair and Vice Chair shall be elected annually <br /> ls at the Commission's first meeting in February. The Chair and Vice <br /> 16 Chair shall serve terms of one (1) year and shall be eligible for re- <br /> i� election. They shall be eligible to succeed themselves for not more than <br /> Za three (3) terms. A majoriry of inembers present shall be necessary to <br /> 1 a elect officers. <br /> 20 <br /> 2i 2.6. Vacancy. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 a. A vacancy in the office of Chair shall be filled by the Vice Chair <br /> 2 4 succeeding to the office for the balance of the unexpired term. <br /> 25 <br /> 2 6 b. A vacancy in the office of Vice Chair (including a vacancy due to <br /> 2� 2.6.a. above) shall be filled by election of a Vice Chair from the <br /> 2 s Commission for the balance of the unexpired term. <br /> 29 <br /> 3 o SECTION 3: Meetings <br /> 31 Amended <br /> 3 2 2/24/1993 <br /> 3 3 2/22/2006 ' <br /> 34 3.1. Regular Meetin�s. Regular meetings of the Commission shall be held on <br /> 35 the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the <br /> 36 EnvironmentDl� & Agricultural Center. Regular meetings will be � <br /> 3� adjourned by 10:30 p.m. but may be continued past that time with a <br /> 3 s unanimous vote of inembers present. When the regular meeting day falls <br /> 39 on a legal holiday, the Commission may call a special meeting in accord <br /> 4 o with Section 3.2 below. <br /> 41 <br /> 2 <br />
