A service provider experiencing a water <br />emergency attd receiving einergeney water <br />transfers trust agree to act expeditiously and <br />adequately to mitigate and remove the causes of <br />the emergency conditions. <br />B. Non-Emergency Water Transfers (This subsection shall not <br />apply to the Town of Hillsborough untie January, 1, 2005.) <br />Non - emergency water transfers are only permitted with the <br />approval of the Orange County Board of Commissioners and <br />the elected or appointed boards of the service providers <br />pro.yiding an&or receiving the transfer.
