Effective bate of the Agreement <br />This agreement shall become effective upon execution <br />by all of tIhe parties.and signatu by the ebiet`Owed or <br />appointed.offcial.. <br />B. Term of Agreement <br />This ag -eement shall remWa in erect for ten (10) years from its <br />execution, and shall be renewable as provided in a following <br />subsection. <br />C. Procedure for renewal <br />At the end of each ten year term., the agreement shall renew <br />automatically, unless written notice is provided of intent to <br />withdraw as noted in subsection E below. <br />D. Proceidnie for proposing and acting on changes in <br />agreement including boundaries <br />I. Any. change to the agreement (including <br />boundaries) requires approval of all parties to the <br />agreement. <br />
