B. In the event of termination, all property and <br />finished or unfinished documents, data, studies, <br />surveys, drawings, maps, models, photographs and reports <br />prepared by or purchased with CDBG/HOME funds by the <br />Contractor under this contract shall, at the option of <br />the COUNTY, become its property and the Contractor shall <br />be entitled to receive just and equitable compensation <br />for any work satisfactorily completed hereunder. <br />21 <br />
