Telecommunication Tower Application <br />Piedmont Electric Membership Corp <br />of the tower and the proposed balloon test, which was scheduled and held <br />on Saturday, April 22, 2006. The results of the balloon test are also <br />included in Tab 8 of this Application Package as previously discussed <br />i) All conditions of the balloon test were performed as specified in the <br />Orange County Ordinances. <br />j) PEMC and AUE certify that this Special Use Permit will comply with all <br />Federal, State and Local emission requirements. <br />k) All buildings and structures exist on the PEMC Headquarter property and <br />meet all setbacks established for the "PDOI" zoning classification in -place <br />for this subject property . <br />1) The Visual Assessment documentation is included in Tab 8 of the <br />Application Package and shows the visual impact of the tower from <br />various locations around the area.
