a) A filing fee as set- by the <br />Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners shall be paid upon <br />application for a Building Permit, <br />Site Plan approval or Special Use <br />Permit. In addition, an inspection <br />fee is due the County at the time of <br />future inspections. <br />b) Public land or right -of -way <br />lease agreements shall be <br />established by separate instrument <br />and recorded prior to the issuance <br />of Building Permits. <br />c) Escrow Account.
