A <br />Jay Bryan: We need to make a motion with regard to resolving that the Board of County <br />Commissioners approve the ordinance for a Class A Special Use Permit. <br />Glenn Bowles: We need two motions, one regarding the modification to the Planned <br />Development and the second should be specific to the Class A Special Use Permit. <br />MOTION made by Craufurd Goodwin to approve the Resolution for the Planned Development on <br />page 5. Brian Crawford seconded. <br />VOTE: Unanimous <br />MOTION made by Sam Lasris to approve the Class A Special Use Permit on pages 6 -10. <br />Michelle Kempinski seconded. <br />VOTE: Unanimous <br />Jay Bryan: For the record, I would ask that staff review the issue of what requirements should be <br />used in terms of appraisers speaking on that issue in the future. <br />
