it S <br />th <br />Chair Jacobs: Is the date December 4 ? <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner Gordon <br />that the Zoning Atlas petition and the Special Use Permit, Class A application be <br />referred to the Planning Board for recommendations on both the Zoning Atlas <br />amendment and the Special Use Permit, to be' returned to the BOCC no sooner than <br />December 4, 2006. Also, the public hearing will be kept open as suggested by the <br />County Attorney. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />
