5. The Purchase Agreement. The terms and provisions of the Agreement are hereby <br />incorporated into this Schedule by reference and made a part hereof. <br />6. A~xeement Proceeds. The Acquisition Amount which Lender shall pay to <br />Acquisition Fund Custodian is $842,038.00, of which $ is for deposit to the Expense <br />Fund and the balance is for deposit to the Acquisition Fund. It is expected that by twelve (12) <br />months from the date of the Agreement, Purchaser will have taken possession of all items of <br />Equipment shown above and that a Purchaser's Acceptance Certificate, or Acceptance <br />Certificates, will be signed by Purchaser and delivered to Lender on or before twelve (12) <br />months from the date of the Agreement. <br />7.. Acquisition Period. The Acquisition Period shall end at the conclusion of the 12~ <br />month following the date hereof. <br />8. Purchase Term. The Purchase Term shall consist of the Original Term and 5 <br />consecutive Renewal Terms; with the final Renewal Term ending on January 9, 2012. <br />9. Optional Prepayment Date. For purposes of Section 4.01(b) of the Agreement, <br />the Optional Prepayment Commencement Date is May 9, 2007. <br />10. Pre-Payment Premium. On any Installment Payment date upon 30 days notice, <br />Purchaser may prepay in full. all amounts then .outstanding under the Agreement, including <br />accrued interest, principal balance, other unpaid charges, with no penalty. <br />11. Contract Rate. The Contract Rate for this Schedule is 3.60%. <br />12. Registration.
