<br />(i) Acquisition Fund Custodian is hereby authorized and instructed, and hereby <br />agrees, to send to Lender at its address set forth in Section 7 below, concurrently with the <br />sending thereof to Purchaser, duplicate copies of any and all monthly Acquisition Fund <br />statements or reports issued or sent to Purchaser with respect to the Acquisition Fund. <br />7. Miscellaneous. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the <br />meanings assigned to them in the Purchase Agreement. This Agreement may not be amended <br />except in writing signed by all parties hereto. This Agreement may be executed in one or more <br />counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original instrument and each shall have the <br />force and effect of an original and all of which together constitute, and shall be deemed to <br />constitute, one and the same instrument.
