A site <br />manager is located at each site and is <br />responsible for the daily operation of <br />nutrition programs and meals. There are <br />also three coordinators of services <br />responsible for the coordination, <br />outreach, referral and provision of <br />services to low- income families and <br />individuals. These services include, but <br />are not limited to weatherization, housing <br />rehabilitation assistance, financial <br />emergency assistance, Older Workers <br />Program, and information and referral. <br />DSS <br />In -Home Aid Services <br />$32,869 <br />$32,869 <br />$48,841 <br />Home and Community Block Grant <br />enables low- income, minority individuals <br />to defer or prevent institutionalization by <br />providing quality services to meet basic <br />needs. These services include the <br />performance of . essential home <br />management and personal care tasks <br />rendered under guidance and <br />supervision. <br />Aging <br />Senior Center Operations <br />$76,494 <br />$76,494 <br />$76,494 <br />Grant funds pay a portion of the salaries <br />of the Facility Managers at the three <br />multi - purpose Senior Centers operated <br />by the Department on Aging. <br />Transportation <br />Daily Fixed route transportation is <br />$73,394 <br />$73,394 <br />$73,394 <br />provided for seniors to attend activities at <br />the four Centers and two community <br />centers that house the JOCCA Nutrition <br />Programs sites in Orange County. <br />
