A site <br />manager is located at each site and is <br />responsible for the daily operation of <br />nutrition programs and meals. There are <br />also three coordinators of services <br />responsible for the coordination, <br />outreach, referral and provision of <br />services to low- income families and <br />individuals. These services include, but <br />are not limited to weatherization, housing <br />rehabilitation assistance, financial <br />emergency assistance, Older Workers <br />Program, and information and referral. <br />DSS <br />In -Home Aid Services <br />$32,869 <br />$32,869 <br />$48,841 <br />Home and Community Block Grant <br />enables low- income, minority individuals <br />to defer or prevent institutionalization by <br />providing quality services to meet basic <br />needs.
