15 <br />the provisions of subsection B of this Section. <br />2) Existing forested areas or any other healthy vegetation aaRnotshall <br />not be removed from a stream buffer, except where replaced with <br />vegetation resulting in comparable stormwater runoff velocity and <br />quantity one year after planting. <br />3) In cases where ' New new vegetation shall -beis planted to capture <br />non - source polltants before they reach the perennial stream, as <br />the result of a disturbance of the required stream buffer in conflict <br />with the requirements of this Section, or when a parcel of property <br />is being proposed for development and there are no required <br />stream buffers surrounding streams or other water features, the <br />replanting of vegetation shall adhere to the following standard: as <br />The Dlantina plan must be approved by the Current Planning and <br />Erosion Control Divisions of the Planning and Inspections <br />Department and shall be developed such that the planting shall be <br />in accordance with the mitigation requirements contained within <br />Section B (9). <br />Proposed trees and the installation of the new vegetation, shall <br />further comply with the requirements of Article Twelve (12) <br />Landscaping and Buffer Requirements of the Orange County <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />A- 15 <br />
